I swim twice every week for at least 45 minuts every time.
I eat bread, milk, banana for breakfast and meat,vegetable for lunch. I have supper at 8 to avoid the mid-night snack. And I keep away from any candy and icecream for a month! Yeapee~
110.2 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yea, try to stay away from the high sugar stuff. Still, it looks like you're doing a great job with the exercises, so hang in there and keep it up! I think you're make your goal in no time. I wish you well.
