I finally made it to the gym after a ten day rest. I got in a medium intensity resistance workout. I ate at 105% of goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down .2% I'm encouraged to see more people here incorporating fitness as part of their fat loss journey...
153.9 lb Lost so far: 31.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
