Yesterday was a bit of a rough day for the diet. I ended up eating at waffle house for breakfast made a few smarter choices but still in the end it was horrible. I had the steak and eggs, hash browns and wheat toast. oh... and there is no such thing as nutritional information with waffle house. Its one big guess so my calorie intake for yesterday was a complete guess I tried to get it close but I dunno. The steak was extremely nasty. The last 2 times I've eaten waffle house I've left feeling ill. Before this I had the grilled chicken and eggs. Waffle house is now crossed off my potential places to eat out. I took it light for the rest of the day after estimating I consumed 1000 - 1200 calories or so from there. Thankfully still showed a 0.6 lb loss this morning so I won't cry too much about it.
308.0 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 129.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Isn't it amazing how we start going down the "it's just not worth it" road? I miss me some potatoes ... i gots ta tell ya...but... i like my loss on the scale more. I just encourage you to not cheat yourself of your metabolism chuggin' away all day and night long by eliminating meals or snacks. Keep on, keepin' on buddy!
