Feeling better today. Can't point to anything that made this so. Yesterday ate kettle corn, 2 sugar free chocolate, 1 sugar free Werthers plus 3 Chocolate Wafers. Today started out with coffee and Body Choice Smoothie and am satisfied. Seem to get hooked on the computer. Have to track food. Didn't for about a month. Not desired results. Need to connect with people more.
221.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 66.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
