I probably haven't seen the 130s for 25 years. Hip Hip Hooray! So proud of myself. Can only control portions at dinner tonight - eating with mom at her friend's - most likely spaghetti but I can do this!
139.6 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
