一餐二碗飯看來是地獄之門,
這個習慣不改會很慘⋯⋯😱😱😱😱

飯有點吃太多的樣子,雖然我覺得比例差不多,但是目前體重的反饋情況,一直增加,所以大概要再減少一點。我再調整一下吧😱😱

厚,宅媽不要再提到月餅啦,好不容易吃完了,然後都瘦不下來,都是月餅害的😭😭😭
