I started IF on Tuesday of this week and weighed this morning and had a 1.6 lost. This is working for me. I will reach my goal slowly but surely. Everyone have a great weekend.
227.6 lb Lost so far: 46.8 lb.    Still to go: 50.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
