Did not record food for 3 days spent in skookumchuck BC. Ate almost no carbs at all with one exception, Sunday I ate a bowl of Saskatoon aka berry soup. I know it had some sugar in it. BS this morning was 73, BP 114/64. Still tend to eat too much protein, but I'll get better. Wood stove going, snowing like crazy out directly from the North.
