I'm sooooooooooooooooooooo freaking happy i cant stand it lol.... id never though id see the day where i would be looking fwd and excited to work out but that day has come.
236.0 lb Lost so far: 81.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
