Gister een BBQ gehad. Heb Broccoli Quiche, kip en stokbrood gehad. Daarnaast ook veel rondgelopen, foto's gemaakt. Heb maar 1 pap en geen shake gehad.
199.3 lb Lost so far: 47.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
