Hey all!

It's been awhile.

Had the flu for a good month back in July.

But onto the good things:

Been going to the gym now for 4 weeks. 4 days on and 3 days off. And in these 4 weeks ik have only had 2 cans of soft drink. I went cold turkey and now I don't crave it much anynore. I only have it when we have takeaway (which is once a fortnight).

My diet has become a lot better. Lots of veggies and salad. Still eat a fair bit of carbs but I am still slowly working on that.

I did do a huge walk around a Lagoon (The walk around the lagoon is about 1.3km long). Normally that would kill me. And I carried about 200kgs of potting mix down the stairs in the laat two days.

My main goal is just focusing on making me healthy and feeling better about myself.
260.1 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
