While my breakfasts have been carb heavy, like toast, sweet cereals and rolls I have been eating alot of microwaved steamfresh vegetables (peas, carrots, corn) for lunch (2 packs) with a bit of sea salt and cracked pepper that is filling and tasty once you get over all the other people eating junk in the office. I don't think it can be beaten and it does allow me to expand my dinner options a bit too. Not for every workday lunch but 1 or 2 days a week I think is a great alternative.
158.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.8 lb a week
