Have been on C.H.I.P. eating plan for about 3 weeks so far so good. This has to be the last one I try s others have not worked very good in the long run. Also have been walking most days since weather is a little cooler now.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.8 lb a week
