Ugh scale isn't moving again. Discouraging but it usually means a big jump in weight loss is coming so I will just stay the course.
291.6 lb Lost so far: 40.4 lb.    Still to go: 106.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Big jumps in weight loss are good. So is seeing the bright side of what I call "scale platou" (spelling probably sucks, oh well) You'll get there, and you will rock it on the way!!!!
