Just got back from a cruise. Did not diet at all. Did eat whatever I wanted and had more than my fair share of wine. Had a great time. Now it's time to get back on the horse!
130.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
