I was way way way off track this past couple of weeks, so I guess it's promising that I still managed to lose a lb, but I've slipped really bad, and this was my worst weigh in in a while, so trying to get back on track this week
231.0 lb Lost so far: 126.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.4 lb a week

You can’t have been “way off track” if you have lost a pound. That is a healthy rate of loss. I think that evaluating gain or loss over a period of time less than a month is not useful.
