well the low carbs seem to help .... implement veggies and lots of water. water
166.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

glad it is working for you. veggies and cutting out sugars and refined products definitely makes it easier to reduce calories and lose weight
