i took a little while to get back on track since my birthday but I was able to do well these last couple of days. I did the Biggest Loser cardio Max video on Saturday and that went great. I am going to do this video 5 days a week for 6 weeks and see what results I will get. I started level 1 and will work up to level 3. Sunday my legs and butt were sore so it's nice to know that the video is working. I can't wait to get home to do it again. I am feeling really happy about my weight loss tonight and I am really proud of myself that I went to the gym before work. I can't wait to see what my next weight in will bring.
