I feel bloated because it's "irregular". It just started a couple of days ago and immediately showed on my weight. I know I need to drink more water, but I was not drinking enough water before either. I wonder what's causing it. I change my RDI to my <a href="http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/">BMR</a> of 1280 and am going to aim net calories of -500 kcal/day. And of course, I need to record my diet calendar more accurately!
123.0 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entries for 06 June 2010:
1221 kcal Fat: 25.48g | Prot: 63.96g | Carb: 205.74g.   Breakfast: Morningstar Farms sausage, Skim Milk -publix, Fiber One honey cluster cereal, Blueberries. Lunch: skim milk, Simple Harvest Instant Mulitgrain Hot Cereal - Maple Brown Sugar with Pecans, blueberries, raspberries, dannon nonfat yogurt. Dinner: boiled egg, chicken tenderloin, cucumber, cherry tomato, kraft honey dijon dressing, fresh express sweet tender butter lettuce. Snacks/Other: fiber one chewy bar chocolate, coffee, 1/3 less fat cream cheese, raisin bread, fiber one chewy bar caramel. more...

Looks like you are getting lots of fiber. Did you increase that recently? The more fiber you eat, the more water you need to keep things moving! Hope things improve soon!

Drinking enough water is as difficult as having fiber for me. I'm so used to being thirsty since I was young, and the main liquid I drink are coffee and tea! Besides, I don't like cold drink much unless I'm really hot. I let my water sit and bring it to room temperature, but later, I forget about water:p I need to come up with an easy way to drink water for me!
