yesterday was an exaggeration. Too much work and I only had a good breakfast during the whole day. Nothing else. Pretty unhealthy but this morning I was 0.9 kg (!) lower. That's 1.98 pounds!! It's definitely not going to stay. It will rebound as soon as I put something in my stomach. But it was there this morning, I saw it. And I tell you: it felt good!!!
229.7 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You are doing good. It happened to me also, when I got sick I lost almost 1kg in a day. Then it returned with a vengeance, but in the end it is all manageable :)
