WOW!!! I was NOT expecting to loose 4 pounds already! I know it's mostly water weight, but I don't CARE! YiPPPEEEEE!
231.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
