Hello again, I have been away for awhile doing all kinds of crazy things. Primarily though, I have been eating badly. Not necessarily bad food, just a lot of it. For a little bit I thought I could get away with it because I was working out a more and working outside. Now though I know I can't do that. Have to make a change.
