Haven’t weighed myself in a couple months and stopped logging my meals around the same time. I hit a plateau so decided to take a break from the food logging. My workouts haven’t changed at all, still hitting the gym hard 3-4x per week. Haven’t really even been real sloppy on my diet either, so I’m a little confused- but not really surprised I’m at a 4lb gain since May. Bummer, but better 4 lbs than 10! Back at the food logging I guess....
