This latest weight gain proves that everyone is different and not every theory of dieting/weight loss program, etc. works for everyone. I (thought) I plateaued so for a two week period I increased my protein and lowered my fat intake. All the while maintaining my caloric intake, AND I GAINED WEIGHT! Other than the levels of fat and protein I didn't change anything during this two week trial. And instead of losing weight I GAINED. How is that possible you ask. I'm not sure why, all I can say is that it's the truth. I returned to HFLC (Keto) and in the following two weeks, I lost 10 of the 11 pounds. I know people mean well when people say, "This is the only way to lose weight," take that with a grain of salt. It worked for them, that's all that means, that's it! Trust the process. Peace, Love and Prayers.
