어제 저녁 치킨에 피자 알탕에 초밥
소주 맥주 정말 신나게 먹었더니 흐미....ㅜㅜ
너무 잘먹었네 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ ㅜㅜ
126.1 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
