Next Tuesday I am starting a Kaiser weight management class. It meets for 16 weeks. I've been through the program before and lost 30 pounds so I know I can be successful again. Only thing I hate is their scale is different than mine at home. So, it will be difficult to weigh myself in between my weekly meetings. I need this for my health more than anything.
