Beautiful morning out, even Autumnal, crisp, birdsong and the smell of last night's fire in the air. Thinking I might pick up some sand and work on the garden a bit today if it stays cool, start getting it ready for fall crops.

Oh - mini-goal for the week. I want to stay above 800 calories for the next week, and hopefully increase it the week after, while still losing weight.
257.9 lb Lost so far: 42.1 lb.    Still to go: 92.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Still summer here! But we can feel subtil changes in the weather, and of course days are already shorter. Fall at my place means crabapples, which means pies lol! I love baking but I don't eat the pies... Good luck with your goal, I can't wait to see you increasing your calories, I must say such little food makes me worry a little bit. Have a great day!

I think the key is going to be getting in the calories earlier, rather than waiting til the end of the day and feeling full and trying to add more on. And I'd still rather do it with more balanced foods than bahama mamas, but that was the last one from a package, so I wanted to use it and get it out of the fridge.
