OK I followed the program well. I mean on a scale of 1-10 I would give it an 8.5.
I don't understand and I am not going to get down. I am going to increase my activity this week and do at least an 8.5 again.
Maybe next week I will lose......
174.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
