I've not been exercising like I should, I've not been journaling, but...

this tells me what I was going to do at 200... I can maintain a weight. So I can get back on the bike and ride, as Queen sang. :p And having seen the scale nudge down, and having enjoyed a fantabulous fruit salad, I may just get on the wii again today. :D
214.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
