OK! Continuing to lose weight. I was down about 1.6 pounds from yesterday. I was a little frustrated because yesterday I had no weight loss and I wasn't feeling all too well.
I spent a little over an hour in the pool today, about 60 minutes treading water and 'frolicking' That's got to be some calorie burn.
So yes, I'm pleased today and it's very encouraging.
