I haven't been riding my bike as often as I should, or can. I have been trying to balance my eating habits as well. Exercise for the most part is standing a lot at work, probably the most calories are burned there.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week
