Last night I had cravings so I had a frosty glass of whipping cream instead of a dish of ice cream. It loaded me up on calories but did not add much in the way of carbs.
My weight today was exactly the same as yesterday. I feel about the same. But I did have cravings last night.
Generally I feel full, no hunger. I'll keep going and see what happens.

OK, I lied. I did have a frosty glass of whipping cream, but it wasn't to replace a dish of ice cream - it replaced what would have probably been a quart of ice cream. Yes I should have had better will power, no, I did not enjoy it, but at least the low carb and high fat did not ruin my diet.
