I am trying to follow the diet 100% and I am perfectly and completely entering my foods here.

I'm finding a discrepancy between this site and the label of my Atkins bars. The Atkins label deducts sugar alcohols from the total carbs, but this site does not.

I have read conflicting information about this. Some say deduct the sugar alcohols in full, some say only deduct 1/2 of the sugar alcohol, and this site doesn't deduct any.

I need to keep track here in this diary for an accurate count. I am on the Atkins diet, so i will count it as Atkins does on their own label.
209.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 49.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
