No loss but no gain so I will take it, especially since my birthday was Sat & I let myself enjoy it since I would be getting back to keto today.

Keto, I'm back & I mean business!
325.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 190.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

what makes you think something is not working?? just taking a break to celebrate their birthday is not a need for professional help

I didn't take a break for my birthday. I took a break 2 years ago and am getting back to it now.
