I'm interested in what WOE you are on. You are close to goal and still losing. I have stalled. Replying to your question, a Quest bar is found with the protein bars at your supermarket. They have about 200 cals, 8gms fat, 21 grms protein, and 7 grms net carbs. I usually use them when I'm away from home and starved. However, I can also use them at night when I'm feeling bingeish. Not good.

Actually I have stalled too. I've started recording my weight weekly, but weigh every day. I gained over a pound the day after I recorded my weight and I haven't lost any since. I started my WOE in January. It's a long slow process. I don't always eat healthy but I've been pretty consistent in staying under 1700 calories. I didn't know about KETO and I'm still learning. I started out lowering my carbs some and increasing my fiber. Then my granddaughter was doing KETO. I tried decreasing my carbs more and increasing meat which is me misunderstanding what Keto is. I did KETO for a little bit and I started drinking coffee with butter, MCT oil, and almond milk and the fatigue went away. I started eating more carbs when I had constipation and added fiber-1 to my diet. Then we grew some watermelons and I can't watch something grow without eating it. So I haven't kept the carbs low enough to eat KETO. Right now I'm eating what is cheap and available. I drink a lot of coffee. I use almond milk and just discovered coconut milk. My diet is high in fat. I'm too lazy to make keto bread so I use low fat tortillas or do without. To be cont...

I can't figure out how to get the percentages of fat to protein to carbs to come out right. I don't like anything with artificial sweetener in it. I have a very hard time drinking water. Didn't drink any today. I eat too much cheese. So what WOE are you doing?
