So I decided to stop all my meds🤨 last week Thursday. Weighed in on Monday at 76.9 and again this morning, still 76,9. Hopefully when I weigh in again on Monday, it wouldve gone down and not up again as it did the last couple of weeks.
169.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
