Feeling good about my weight loss so far. I've lost 7 lbs. this week alone. I just want to make sure that I'm not starving myself with this diet. Proteins are definitely keeping me full and I'm not really missing the carbs.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
