soooo, if I clear the cobwebs off my brain and start to watch what I eat again, a little more meticulously, the weight will come off again? I am just not sure ladies and gents, I usually give in by now, and I am NOT giving in, but this week, I know I ate a lot, but last week??? I still can't account for that much of a weight gain.... so back to square one :)

I can do this!
206.0 lb Lost so far: 76.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi dnt give up if u want to learn another method which is 100% works but takes time read the book burn the fat feed the muscle by tom venuto. I have never eaten as much as I do now n I have lost 8kg in 11weeks if u follow it I promise u will get to wantever size u want n look better den EVA by de way i am not tryin to sell de book or anything jus want u to no der are other methods which will let u eat more den u probably do now good luck. :)

Hang in there Lady T...you can do this!! Go back and review the weeks that really worked - take those as lessons for this week. I am proud of you for continuing to move forward and make this work - like you, I know how frustrating this can be and how easy it is to give up. But you are giving yourself the gift of health by stick with it. Here's to a fabulous week ahead!!
