Dorney park did me in cheese fries and soft serve icecream sad i only lost a pound i upped my workout goes to show how you can undo all the hard work from a work out by eating crap on the positve side at least i didnt gain anything
239.0 lb Lost so far: 78.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
