Yesterday my hubby and I went to the state fair because we won free admission and free tickets to the Masters of Illusion show. I think I did really well eating wise. I had falafel for dinner. First time I’ve ever had it and it was delightful. I hit over 10,000 steps on my tracker which is a first for me! I have it set at 6,000. I have severe arthritis in my ankles (had multiple surgeries as a child to correct my club foot issue) so excess walking is a bit rough but I think the more weight I drop, the easier it will be. Today, I’m in pain but not as much as I had been last year when we went to the fair. Last year we saw Vince Neil (free tickets again) and had only walked around for maybe an hour or so. Last night we walked around for about 3 hours. It’s funny how different things can be in a year. Started losing weight in January this year. Here’s to more weight loss.
262.5 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 122.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
