My weight is still up, but hopefully because of the exercise and weights. Other than the chocolate and Memorial Day events, I don't think I've been untrue to my diet. The weight should start to come back down. Vanoy had us do a lot of lower body floor exercises and abs. I should get out to run some this evening.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
