New low weight since I started with the YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program. I believe I indicated before, that this is not a weight-loss program but a modest weight loss goal is included in the program. As I have learned the lifestyle lesson's in regards to what I am eating, tracking my food/exercise/weight, and getting in at least 150 minutes a week of moderately exertive activities, I have been able to continue losing the pounds. I credit fat secret for providing the tracking tools that have been very beneficial for me.
I wish all of you the success that I have had. My health is much improved at my lower weight.
