Getting back on the workout and eating well train. I have gone from 135lbs to 150lbs in the last 2 years largely due to my crazy travel schedule. No more excuses!!
150.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
