My official weight this morning is 113.9kg
I was on a 1 and a half week break and my weight on Monday morning was 118.3kg so I'm happy to just drop into the 113's.
Might be travelling out of the country later next week so it's going to be challenging but I'm happy with where my progress is right now. My next few months are going to be highly stressful but that just adds to the challenge to overcome.
