Well I have come in with a loss, albeit a small one. I'm slowly getting things back on track. The meals bit by bit are getting to be WW again and I'm getting back into tracking again as well.

I've upped my exercise a little and am starting to feel a bit more in control....hurray!!!!
173.0 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.4 lb a week

Great to hear that you're getting things on track again and have a loss! So well done and keep up the great work, as all those little losses soon add up. Keep up with that exercise too, as it really will help! ;o) Just thought was it Yogalates that you mentioned previously? Only reason I ask is that I was looking around at more exercise DVD's yesterday and came across a load of them.

Yes, moonlite it was yogalates. I've done them before and I really enjoy it - plus I can see and feel the difference.
