I did a bad job of induction over the past couple days. I know I did, but by the grace of God, I still lost weight. 1 lb over a couple days. Unfortunatley, I know that I'm not going to do so well over the next couple of days. My better half gets cravings at times for high carb items and feels guilty when she indulges and I refuse to join in... Sometimes to keep the peace it's better to sacrifice a little slide.
