struggling.... that's all I can say. feeling bloated... fat.... ugly.... sleeping all day.😭😭 I guess the depression Set in. I've stopped going to the gym. decided to restart... but found excuses to not hit the gym again... welp.... guess try again tomorrow. didn't put anything bad in my mouth today... guess there's an upside!!! 🤣🤣🤣
242.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
