먹는게 전부인듯...
탄수화물을 적게먹고 단백질 섭취를 늘렸더니 체중이 돌아왔고 저녁 6시쯤 먹고 일찍 잔거또한 신의한수인듯~~^^
122.4 lb Lost so far: 17.9 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
