A new milestone today, I am officially no longer overweight. Still have 34 pounds to go, and of course BMI is not a perfect number, but it feels good to be in "Normal" territory.

I started as Obese, and spent the last few months in Overweight. This weigh-in marks the beginning for me of not even being overweight!
194.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
