rough week, eating right but weight started to go up for the first 3 days (went up 5 pounds). realized my protein shakes were high in carbs. I switched and that put me back on track.
247.5 lb Lost so far: 41.5 lb.    Still to go: 57.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
